CCSW TRANSFORMED FOR AN ADVERT
Following a last minute booking by an advertising agency for DELL Technologies, the main church was recently booked for 5 full days and transformed into multiple sets for filming an international advert.
The site looked like something straight out of Hollywood, with large trucks arriving over the course of the 5 days packed with all kinds of equipment. The church campus was literally teaming with people (many flown over from the USA) … building extravagant sets, setting up filming and lighting equipment and managing a very complex sequence of events. After 4 days of complex set-up, finally on Saturday, the filming commenced … complete with catering supplied for the myriad of DELL / associate staff that were on site.
Whilst the last minute booking did create some inconvenience for the ministries that had to be rescheduled or moved offsite, the money was ample compensation. Please pray for our Church Council to steward these funds wisely.
