REACH WOMEN CONFERENCE

The REACH WOMEN Conference is an annual event for women from across Cape Town. The event seeks to bring women together to be taught and encouraged from God’s word. This year it was the first time that the event has met in person since 2019.
Around 900 women gathered together on Saturday 20th August at St James Church in Kenilworth. The theme of the conference was “Lost and Found: Coming Home to God” with speakers, Sandy Lyons and Ikho Poswayo, speaking from Luke 15. A group of women from CCSW attended the conference, travelling and sitting together on the day.
It was a wonderful time of spiritual refreshment as we considered the extravagant love and grace of our God. We saw that God is a father who always reaches out to and seeks the lost. We were challenged to deepen our understanding of grace and to seek our Father’s heart in growing our own heart for the lost.
Raising our voices in song with 900 other women was a huge highlight too! A little taste of heaven …
