Easter is just around the corner and we will be remembering the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. Because this is the greatest holiday (holy day) in the Christian calendar, we would like to draw your attention to the various opportunities taking place leading up to Easter and over the Easter weekend.
EARLY MORNING PRAYER MEETINGS
Monday, 25th – Thursday, 28th March
Join us here at the church from 6.00am – 7.00am from as we spend time in prayer preparing our hearts for Easter.
EASTER MISSION
Monday, 25th – Wednesday, 27th March 7.30pm – 8.30pm
Guest Speaker: Bishop Martin Morrison
Coffee & Hot Cross Buns will be served from 7.00pm. Children’s programme will be provided so that parents can attend the Easter Mission.
EASTER FELLOWSHIP MEAL
Thursday, 28th March @ 6:00pm
We will be having a lamb Spit Braai together here at Christ Church for young and old. There will be no cost, but donations are welcome. We will provide tea/coffee but please bring your own cooldrinks. The lamb Spit Braai will be followed by ...
LAST SUPPER SERVICE
We will be having a Communion service at 7.30pm to remember and reflect upon our Lord's last night before His death. This service will be followed by a prayer time, for those who are able to stay, from 8.30pm – 9.30pm.
