FAREWELL LESLEY-ANN!
Our wonderful Church Administrator, Les Markham has officially left us to relocate to the Northern Suburbs to be closer to her family. Her final day in the office was Thursday 30th August.
She takes with her tremendous institutional memory, having been on staff at this church for almost 22 years.
Sean interviewed Les in both the morning services last Sunday to officially say goodbye. We also hosted a farewell tea between the morning services to thank her for her years of service. She was given a fun gift of lightly salted Lays Chips (her absolute favourite) and a few other treats for her new home. The Church Council has also given her a monetary gift on our behalf.

That the move would go smoothly.
That she would settle well into her new environment.
That she would find friendship and community at her new church (St Matthews Tableview - under the leadership of David and Adele Hill).
That she would keep trusting the Lord who holds her future.
