JOINING IN AND CONNECTING IN
This past Sunday, we had a day of JOINING IN and CONNECTION with visitors.
Between the morning services and after the 11h30 service, we hosted JOINING IN. Around 35 people attended, with refreshments and delicious cake provided. JOINING IN is an opportunity for newcomers to CCSW to hear more about our church, meet the staff and ask any questions.
Please pray for these newcomers – that they would settle in, find their spiritual home here and build relationships with us as a church community.
On Sunday evening, we screened the SA vs. SCOTLAND rugby match on the big screen. This was an opportunity for our CCSW family to invite friends and family into our building, who might not normally be open to coming to church. It was a wonderful chance to make a CONNECTION with CCSW and open the door for future invitations.
It was so encouraging to welcome around 150 people to the event, with approximately 40-50 of those people never having visited CCSW before.
Please pray for those visitors. That God would use Sunday’s event to soften the ground for future invitations for them to come back to church.
