REV. PETER MAKAPELA IS CONSECRATED AS BISHOP OF THE WESTERN CAPE
Last Saturday afternoon, CCSW hosted a special service for the consecration of Peter Makapela as an area Bishop within REACH SA. Peter and his family have had a long and special relationship with CCSW over the years. It was an absolute privilege to host such a momentous occasion and celebrate all that God has done, and continues to do to grow His church.
Hearing hundreds of people from so many different tribes, tongues and nations singing together was a little slice of heaven. Rev. Dr Siegfried Ngubane (our Presiding Bishop elect) delivered the sermon.
Everyone who attended the service was invited to enjoy a delicious meal afterwards, catered by the women of Christ Church Strand.
