REVELATION AT KIDS CLUB
This term we are working through the book of Revelation with the Grade R-5's at Kids Club. It’s an incredible book! We are using Kids Wise material to do so.
Last week's lesson was about persecution, patience and perseverance. When we asked the children what persecution is, they could not give a clear answer. However, the amazing this is that we had missionaries with us who have experienced persecution and know what it is like to live in a country where they’ve had to be patient and persevere. They were able to share their story, give testimony about how the Lord is at work and give the children a space to ask questions. The children were interested and listened to every word they said.
Three children prayed for them, their countries and the children that live there. The children drew and wrote letters to the missionary children in those countries to encourage them and love them.
It was an amazing time together and we thank God that He is at work in the lives of our children here and the children in those countries too.
